Welcome Home: New Neighbor Flyers Launching Every 6 Months

At NCNA we believe community starts with connection. Whether someone has lived here for 30 years or just signed a lease last week, every neighbor should know they belong.

That’s why we’re excited to launch a new initiative: New Neighbor Renter Engagement Flyers, delivered to rental homes and apartments throughout our community.

With so many people moving in and out of North Chattanooga each year, it can be easy for renters to feel disconnected from the neighborhood around them. Our goal is simple: help new neighbors quickly discover the people, places, events, and resources that make North Chatt such a special place to live.

These flyers will connect our new renters to our pipeline of:

• Volunteer opportunities

• Community resources and events

• Ways to stay informed through North Chatt Neighbors resources

We know that strong neighborhoods are built through relationships. A simple invitation to participate can turn a newcomer into a familiar face, a volunteer, a friend, or even a future community leader.

This effort is also about strengthening communication between homeowners and renters alike. North Chattanooga is a vibrant mix of longtime residents, young professionals, families, students, and retirees. The more connected we are, the stronger and safer our community becomes.
